Option 1: Full Buyout
Includes: 901 Gallery, 970 Gallery, Studio Gallery, Office/Patio
Office space includes kitchenette equipped with standard refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and counter space
Patio space can accommodate grills, ovens, fryers, and other cooking equipment
Equipment must fit past patio doors: 56 inches W x 92 inches H
Option 2: No Office & Patio
Includes: 901 Gallery, 970 Gallery, Studio Gallery
Does not include Office & Patio space
901 Gallery is always included in your rental package as it is where our exhibitions take place and our only entrance is through Minnesota St. Events strictly take place in the 970 Gallery and Studio Gallery. So upon arrival, your guests would have the benefit of viewing our art exhibition as they make their way towards your event.
